Who we are
Astro Psiholog (astropsiholognow.com) is operated by its owners from California, USA. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. Questions: hello@astropsiholognow.com.
Data we collect
Account data (email); birth data (date, time, city) — required to calculate your natal chart; your AI conversation contents; psychological test results; payment data (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers); technical data (hashed IP address for abuse protection, session cookies).
How we use data
Solely to run the service: chart calculation, personalized AI conversation, daily transits, payment processing, and bot/abuse protection. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
AI processing
Your message text and your chart facts are sent to AI model providers (via the OpenRouter platform) solely to generate a response to you. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.
Service providers
We use vetted processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI), Google (Google sign-in and city suggestions), Cloudflare (bot protection). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
Cookies and analytics
We only use strictly necessary cookies (login session). If we add analytics or advertising tools, they will run only after your explicit consent via a cookie banner.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data (chart, conversations, test results) at any time in profile settings — fully and irreversibly. Certain payment records are kept longer where tax law requires.
Your rights (California, CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what data we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your data (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Your rights (EEA, UK and elsewhere)
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and object to processing. Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (service security), and your consent where required.
International transfers
Data is processed on servers in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service you consent to such transfers.
Security
Data travels over encrypted channels (TLS) and access is restricted. No storage method is absolutely secure, but we follow industry-standard security practices.
Age limit
The service is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will announce material changes on the site; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
