Account data (email); your name and gender, if you provide them (to address you and phrase your readings); birth data (date, time, city) - required to calculate your natal chart; the city you are in now, if you provide it (for local time and the Tattva); your AI conversation contents; psychological test results; payment data (processed by Stripe on the website and by Apple in the app - we never see or store card numbers); technical data (hashed IP address for abuse protection, session cookies).
Solely to run the service: chart calculation, personalized AI conversation, daily transits, payment processing, and bot/abuse protection. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Your message text and your chart facts are sent to AI model providers (via the OpenRouter platform) solely to generate a response to you. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.
We use vetted processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments on the website), Apple (purchases and Sign in with Apple in the app), OpenRouter (AI), Google (Google sign-in and city suggestions), Resend (email delivery: sign-in codes, horoscope and Tattva emails you subscribe to), Cloudflare (bot protection). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
When you buy in the app, the payment is processed by Apple. We receive only transaction details from Apple: the transaction identifier, the product purchased and the subscription period. We use them to unlock your access and to check the subscription status. We do not receive or store payment details (card data, Apple ID). Apple processes its own data under Apple's privacy policy.
We use three cookie categories. Necessary - always on, required for the service to work: your login session (Supabase), a technical anti-abuse cookie, and the consent cookie itself (`ap_consent`, remembers your choice for 12 months). Analytics - runs only with your explicit consent: `ap_anon_id` (an anonymous visit identifier, 1 year) and `astro_attribution` (where your first visit came from, 90 days) - both technical, no email or name attached. Marketing - a placeholder for the future: we have not connected any advertising pixel (Meta/Google, etc.) yet, and if we do, it will also run only after consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data (chart, conversations, test results) at any time in profile settings - fully and irreversibly. Certain payment records are kept longer where tax law requires. Support requests are stored separately from your account so we can answer them; you can ask us to delete them through the support page.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what data we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your data (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Requests: through the form on the support page (astropsiholognow.com/support) or via profile settings; we respond within 45 days.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and object to processing. Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (service security), and your consent where required.
Data is processed on servers in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service you consent to such transfers.
Data travels over encrypted channels (TLS) and access is restricted. No storage method is absolutely secure, but we follow industry-standard security practices.
The service is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. We will announce material changes on the site; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
