Acceptance
By using Astro Psiholog (astropsiholognow.com) you enter into an agreement with its owners (California, USA) on the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Nature of the service
Astro Psiholog is a self-discovery tool based on natal astrology, numerology and psychological frameworks, powered by AI. It is not a medical service, not psychotherapy, not psychiatric care, and not professional advice of any kind. If you are in crisis, seek professional help (in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, contact local emergency services).
AI responses
Responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on your chart's facts. They may contain inaccuracies, are informational in nature, and are not recommendations to act. You make your own decisions at your own responsibility.
Age and account
The service is available from age 16; purchases from age 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for safeguarding access to your account. One person — one free account.
Free access and paid products
Free: one natal chart, a limited number of AI questions, and the attachment test. Paid: the full reading (one-time purchase), an additional chart, a subscription with monthly credit allowance, and credit packs. Current prices are published on the site and calculated server-side at the time of purchase.
Subscription
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access and granted credits remain until the end of the paid period; no refunds are issued for the unused remainder of a period.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital content (readings, credits) is delivered immediately after payment, so payments are non-refundable once access has been successfully provided, except where a refund is required by law or in case of a technical error on our side — contact us and we will sort it out.
Credits
Credits are the service's internal unit of account. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-redeemable for money, may expire (as stated when granted), and are void upon account deletion.
Acceptable use
You may not circumvent technical limits, scrape data, resell access, or use the service for unlawful purposes or to cause harm. We may restrict or terminate accounts for abuse.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, texts and code belong to the owners of Astro Psiholog. Your birth data and messages remain yours; you grant us the right to process them to operate the service. You may use your readings for personal purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owners' aggregate liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, write to hello@astropsiholognow.com — most issues are resolved directly. Disputes are subject to the courts of the State of California; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
