All your charts and readings live under Chart. Sign in with the same account you used to purchase.
Manage your subscription under Credits. Access and any granted credits stay until the end of the paid period; we don't refund the unused remainder.
There's a delete-account button in profile settings - it erases all data permanently, with no way to undo it.
Refund terms are covered in the Terms of Service. If your case is unusual (for example, a technical error during payment), describe it in the form below and we'll sort it out.
